Boulder Biologics Partners Autologous Biologics Implementation
Practitioners first

Built by people who do this every day.

We run an active, high-quality autologous biologics clinic and teach from direct, current experience — not theory. That grounding is the source of both our credibility and our standard.

Rob Pickels, MS

Rob is Director of Operations at Boulder Biologics and former Director of Operations at the Boulder Biologics Research Center, which he scaled from concept to a standalone organization. He has authored hundreds of SOPs and built the QMS, inventory, and laboratory information (LIMS) systems that keep a regulated lab running.

He holds degrees in Exercise Science and Exercise Physiology, and leads the operational side of every engagement — the systems, build-outs, and day-to-day workflows that turn a clinical capability into a program your practice can actually run.
